Training

We have been providing care in the local area since 2008, we train our carers in-house to ensure they all deliver the same excellent standard of care with professionalism and integrity.

All of our carers undergo an in-depth induction program using our own in-house trainers. They receive ongoing training and updates to ensure that they continue to deliver high quality services in line with current recommendations and legislation. We support our carers in achieving a Diploma in Health and Social Care, as a minimum and we continually invest in our training programs. We provide access to specialist training as and when required to meet any complex needs of our clients. 

Hannah King is our Field Manager providing mentoring to new carers supporting them through completion of the Care Certification.

  • Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults
  • Health and Safety
  • Personal Care and Infection Control
  • Basic Skills in Care
  • Dementia Awareness
  • Palliative Care
