Here at Brooks Care and Nursing we specialise in the delivery of end of life care, we work closely with other health care professionals to provide seamless care. Palliative care requires additional skills from our carers, who have advanced training in:

• Good communication and listening skills

• To be able to comfort and support services users’ families

• To recognise and report signs and symptoms

• To be able to care for services users with specialist equipment used in end of life care.
